I feel both the things must go on, they may not be connected... Power should be totally privatised, and those who create power, should not be taxed (or whatever makes them treat it like a profitable venture).. so that the way we solved our telephone connection problems, this is also solved...
It's like we want to go the Moon, even though millions are homeless.

Highly unlikely. However, they would do what most other Delhi walas do--use a back-up generator, I guess :P
